Include the licence plate on the vignette, the country it was bought for, and the e-mail address used at checkout. With those three details an order can be found immediately; without them it usually cannot.
Partnerships, resellers and the API
Travel agencies, insurance brokers, fleet and mobility apps, car rental firms and developers should write to work@vignette.id, or fill in the form on the partner page to get sandbox and production API keys.
Press and media
Journalists and analysts can write to work@vignette.id. Published coverage, logos and product screenshots are collected on the media page.
Privacy and data requests
Requests to access, correct or delete personal data, and any question about the Privacy Policy, go to seller@vignette.id or to the postal address below. Say which right you are exercising and give the e-mail address the account or order uses, so the request can be matched to a record.
